Order Processing Policies for International Customers Living outside the USA

The following information is to help International customers who live outside the USA, understand order processing and when to expect their order. When you have finished, press your back button to return to the Catalog page you came from.


All payments made online are processed instantly through PayPal. After payment is made, your order is forwarded to us to be processed. If the items you want are all in stock, your order will normally ship in 7 business days, and may arrive in as little as 2-3 weeks.  Although we do try to maintain an in house inventory of the most popular products, the number of items we offer prevents us from stocking sufficient quantities to anticipate every order. Out-of-stock items can take an additional 10 to 14 business day to become available again, so please allow us this extra time to get your item(s) in stock, before your order can be shipped. This means that most orders are shipped with in 3-4 weeks.  Because International shipping cost so much and the shipping paid at checkout is usually only enough to send one package, it is normal for us to hold your entire order until your complete order can be shipped. Unless the backordered item is small and inexpensive to ship.
Usual
time for processing, packaging and delivery of International orders is from 3 to 6 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, The Celtic Connection is not responsible for packages that are lost or damages durring shipping.

NOTE:  We do not have the ability to AUTOMATICALLY update every customer regarding our daily inventory. You will NOT receive an email if your item(s) are out of stock, unless your order is going to take LONGER than the time frame listed above. If your package doesn't arrive within 2-3 weeks, and you'd like an update on your order, we'd be happy to check its status or you. If it's important that your order arrive by a specific date, we encourage you to send us an email BEFORE you place your order, so we can let you know in advance if the items are in stock, or how long it will be before our next shipment is expected to come in.

Once in a while an item will be out of stock here and also backordered through our suppliers. Luckily, this does not happen often, as it can be several weeks more before the item becomes available again.   If we learn from a supplier that an item may be unavailable for more than 2 weeks, we will notify you by email of the delay, and let you decide if you want to wait, make another selection, or request a refund.  We appreciate your patience in this situation.
