Shipping for USA Orders
If you live in the USA and you're using our online shoping cart, you don't need to do anything, as the correct amount will automatically be calculated into your total upon checkout.  If you're not using the shopping cart, you'll need to add S&H from the chart below to your mail-in order form total.

Up to       $  14.99  = $ 3.95
$  15.00 - $  29.99 = $ 4.95
$  30.00 - $  49.99 = $ 6.95
$  50.00 - $  99.99 = $ 9.95
$100.00  and up   = $14.95

International Shipping Charges for Customers Outside the USA
Shipping charges are now added to your order when you check out using PayPal.
Below are the International shipping rates based on your location and total of your order.

 If your book order is $14.99 or less, International Shipping is $9.95 / Canada & Mexico $8.95 

 For book orders between $15 to 29.99, International Shipping is $14.95 / Canada & Mexico$12.95

 For book orders between $30 and $49.99, International Shipping is $24.95 / Canada & Mexico $16.95

 If your order totals $50.00 to $99.99, International Shipping is $34.95  / Canada & Mexico $22.95  

For orders over $100, International Shipping is $39.95 / Canada & Mexico $26.95

 International Shipping Charge for Extra Large or Heavy Books $10
